"Standard" or "Main" Patient Menu

The menu for patients on the wards is cyclic based on a one week rotation with a continental breakfast, a "light lunch" which is comprised of soup, an entree style hot choice, a selection of sandwiches or a salad and the evening meal which includes 3 hot menu items or a mixed sandwich. Each meal contains a beverage and dessert selection as well as accompaniments such as bread.
