COVID-19 Command Bulletin - 5 July 2021

Monday, 5 July 2021

Hi everyone,

The State Government has just announced that the internal restrictions put in place last week will cease effective immediately.

This includes the mandatory wearing of masks within healthcare services and hospitals. We want to remind staff to ensure they continue to wear appropriate PPE in accordance with their clinical exposure as defined in the SA Health PPE Matrix.

To view the latest restrictions within South Australia visit here.

Border restrictions remain in place for most states, however requirements for travellers from Victoria have lifted.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for remaining agile in this ever-evolving situation and for complying with the restrictions put in place last week.

Remember that if you are feeling unwell please do not come into work and go get a COVID-19 test, practice good hand hygiene, use the COVIDSAfe check-in app – and if you haven’t done so already - book your COVID-19 vaccination appointment! We have seen from the federal government plan that our way out of COVID-19 is through vaccination so we need to all play our part and #rollup.
