Coming to our hospital

The safety and wellbeing of people in our hospital during COVID-19 means that there are restrictions for visitors.

To view current SA Health visitor restrictions please click here.

All patients, carers and visitors entering the Royal Adelaide Hospital will need to either check in using the Government COVIDSafe mobile application or complete COVID-19 digital screening on arrival, using the iPad kiosks located at the main entrance and print a visitor pass sticker to wear during the visit.

We have closed some entrances to the public. The best way to enter the hospital is through the main entrance/drop-off zone facing Port Road.

If you need immediate medical attention, please attend the Emergency Department or visit your local GP.

Thank you for your understanding as we try and keep our community healthy.
