Consumer, Carer and Community Information Session

A priority for Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) is to be a leader in clinical care. Improving the health and wellbeing of our community requires that we genuinely engage with people who use our services, including those that care for our consumers, or provide significant support, and the wider South Australian community.

We believe that without engaged consumers and authentic partnerships, the delivery of accessible, safe, responsive, high-quality and high-value healthcare will not be fully realised.

The Information Session is an invitation to come along and hear about the work CALHN has been doing to improve the way that we listen to and include consumers, carers and the community. You will hear the different ways that people can be involved, the next steps to take and have your questions answered. A panel of consumers who have been actively involved in representative and other activities across the organisation will share their experiences too.

Session details

When: 10am to 12pm Thursday 20 June 2019 Where: Royal Adelaide Hospital. The Consumer Experience Team will meet participants at the Volunteer Service Unit on level 3 main entrance (entry from North Terrace).
