New ways of working staff forums

The consultation phase of a proposed new organisational operating model was launched at Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH) on 3 April 2019.

The proposed new model was informed by feedback received from 350 staff, and aims to achieve better accountability and collaboration, and deliver better patient outcomes.

A series of forums are taking place from 3 to 5 April at the RAH, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre and Glenside to provide more information to staff.

Please view the staff briefing presentation for more detail.

To learn more please view the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

Over the coming weeks a series of consultation sessions will be held to ask for feedback on the proposed change. At the end of the consultation period, feedback and insights received will inform any final decisions, with a view to have a new way of working implemented by 1 July 2019.
