RAH Chest Clinic Relocation

We understand that the Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH) may be an unfamiliar environment to you so there will be friendly volunteers at the main entrance on level 3 and near the lifts ready to provide directions and assistance (look out for the purple shirts).

If you require assistance from the car park (i.e. wheelchair or general direction) we recommend contacting the volunteers in advance during business hours on (08) 7074 1240 to arrange the appropriate assistance.

Chest Clinic Services will be conveniently located on level 3, zones D and E at the RAH.

To determine the location of your next appointment, please refer to your appointment letter. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact staff during business hours on (08) 7117 2900 to confirm.

The most convenient way to enter the hospital is via the main entrance on level 3 (corner of West and North Terrace), opposite the tram stop.

There are touch screen kiosks located inside the main entrance and car park lift lobbies. These kiosks can help you find where you need to go with on-screen maps to guide you and the option to print the directions.

When you arrive at the RAH for your appointment, you can check-in by scanning the barcode on your appointment letter at one of the blue check-in kiosks. These kiosks are conveniently located near the hospital’s main entrances and just outside the car park lifts on level 3.

Please also check in for your appointment with the staff at the reception desks at 3D or 3E.

Paid car parking is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is located underground on levels 1 and 2.

Accessible spaces are available across all levels for people who hold a Disability Parking Permit.

For easy and direct access to the 3D and 3E clinics, we recommend parking in the D or E zones and using the respective lift wells to get to level 3.
