Is the emergency department the best place for you?

If not, there are other options

Visitor accommodation has been built into general inpatient rooms at the Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH), enabling a relative or carer to stay overnight when it is in the patient’s best interests.

Each general inpatient room features a visitor bed with linen packs available to hire. Proceeds will go to the RAH Research Fund.

While these expanded provisions will allow more carers and family members to remain with their loved one, information on the following pages may be of assistance.
