The Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH) is committed to providing safe and high-quality healthcare that meets your needs, so your comments and feedback are important to us.

If you have a suggestion, compliment or complaint about our service, please discuss it with a staff member in the area involved.

If you are unhappy with the response or don’t feel comfortable talking about it with them, please contact our Consumer Experience team or fill in this feedback form.

Our staff can help you fill in this form. Please provide as much information as possible.

A team member can meet with you Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 4.00pm and interpreters can be provided.
