Oracle Guidelines

To access the Oracle Corporate System (OCS), please logoff the network and then log back on to ensure your account is updated; then

Select the Windows Start Button
Select Start > Corporate Programs > SAH Applications > Oracle Corporate Systems
User Name = Network Login ID (HAD ID)
Password = Windows Network Password

Please Note:

1. Both your Network and Oracle accounts must be accessed at least once a month to ensure that they are not registered as 'Unused Accounts'.

2. Your Oracle access is removed after 4 months of inactivity.

Basware Information

You have been granted access to Basware.

Log in to Basware with the Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome web browser.
Enter the Basware URL: https://sah.P2P.basware.com/Portal/WifLogin/?returnUrl=/edge/
The first time you login to Basware, you will be directed to the Sign In page.
Enter your HAD ID in ‘Sign In’ box using the format ‘HAD\HAD ID’. E.g. HAD\JBLOGG01
Click on the ‘Continue’ button and you will be logged into Basware.

Please Note:

The first time you access Basware - a tutorial will launch, which you can either review or skip by clicking on the ‘skip tutorial’ button in the top right-hand side of your screen.
